Tawo Tawo Festival 2017 - Bawayan City

Visitors from all over Negros and the Philippines will travel to Bayawan City to celebrate the famous Tawo Tawo Festival 2017 in the lovely city in the south of the Island. The Tawo Tawo Festival ,or Scarecrow Festival as it is also known, is certainly one of the big highlights during each festival year in Negros Oriental.  While the festival takes place annually on 17th of February, there are plenty of events the whole month.
