Pag-IBIG Dumaguete

Pag-IBIG Dumaguete

The  Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) -better known as the Pag-IBIG Fund– was established on June 11th, 1978 by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1530 with the vision that every Filipino worker is able to save with Pag-IBIG Fund and to have decent shelter. The goal is to generate more savings from more Filipino workers, to administer a sustainable Fund with integrity, sound financial principles, and with social responsibility, and to provide accessible funds for housing of every member.

Pag-IBIG Fund Membership Registration and Updating member’s information

Schedule of receipt of application is Monday to Friday starts at 8:00am to 6:00pm (No Lunch Break)
Processing Time: 15 to 20 minutes there is no processing fee.
Requirement: one (1) Valid ID

Procedure for Membership Registration at Pag-IBIG Dumaguete Office:

Step 1

  • Get priority number from the Guard’s counter for counter 5(Annex)- Membership Registration or Updating of Member’s Information (on-line Membership Registration).
  • Wait for your priority number to be called and proceed to counter 5 (annex)
  • Inquire on how to register or update your membership.

Step2

  • Present one (1) Valid ID for verification purposes. Note: if verification as registered and membership record is updated, end of transaction. If not proceed to next step.

Step3

(For new members or unregistered Member)

  • Assisted On-line Membership Registration or Updating of Member’s Information
  • Provide Member’s Personal Information

For Updating of Records, Required to Submit:

  • For Change of Status- Marriage Contract
  • For Correction or Change of Name for reason other than marriage- needs Birth Certificate, Court Order or Death Certificate of deceased spouse.
  • For correction of date of birth- it needs Birth Certificate.
  • For updating of beneficiaries it need Birth Certificate of additional beneficiaries.

Step4

Get acknowledged receipt of Registration Tracking Number (RTN)
Note: within 24 hours, member will receive a message via SMS of the members Identification Number (MID). Always save your number for future transaction with Pag-IBIG Fund.

  1. Transaction time does not include waiting Time.
  2. Processing time may vary during system failure and or slow system connections.

Pag-IBIG Dumaguete Fund Payments Procedure

Schedule of receiving of Payments Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (No Lunch Break)
Processing Time: 10- 20 minutes

Requirements:

  • Payment Order Form (POF)
  • Latest Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR) or latest Billing Statement for Housing Loan amortization.
  • Member’s Contributions Remittance Form (MCRF)

Procedure for fund payment at Pag-IBIG Dumaguete Office:

Step1

  • If with emailed Payment Order Form (POF) for Employer Monthly Contribution; Latest Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR) or latest Billing Statement for Updated Housing Loan Amortization, get priority number from the Guard’s counter for counter 3 and process to step3.
  • If without Payment Order Form (POF), get priority number for counter 1 for issuance of POF.
  • Wait for priority number to be called.

Step2.

  • Secure Payment Order Form (POF) by presenting requirements for remittance.
  • Upon issuance of POF, get priority number from the Guard’s counter for Counter 3 for payments

Step3.

  • Present POF and get Pag IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR) as proof of payment. End of Transaction.

Note:

  1. Transaction time does not include waiting Time.
  2. Processing time may vary during system failure and or slow system connections.

Provident Benefits Claim (Complex Transaction)

Schedule of Receipt of Application, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (No Lunch Break)
Processing Time:
6 working days – Maturity Regular Claim
6 working days – Additional Death Benefit
12 working days – Additional if with record from other Branches

Processing Fee: none

Basic Requirements:

  • Duly accomplished Application for Provident Benefits (APB) Claim
    (Downloadable from the Pag- IBIG website, –)
  • Two (2) Valid ID’s
  • Updated Service Record (for government employees)
  • Special Power of Attorney and two (2) valid ID’s each of the Principal and Attorney-in- Fact (if member cannot claim personally) Additional Requirements (Depending on Reason of Claim)

Procedure for Provident Benefits Claim at Pag-IBIG Dumaguete Office:

Step1

  • Get priority number from the Guard’s counter for counter 1,2,or3
  • Wait for your priority number to be called and proceed to either of the counter 1,2, or 3

Step2

  • Submit duly accomplished APB together with the complete supporting documents.
    Note:
    Please present original documents for authentication.
    2. You will be informed if you are not qualified to file the application.
  • Get Claims Acknowledgment Receipt (CAR).
    Note:
    The date of release of loan proceeds shall be indicated in the (CAR).

Note: During evaluation period, you shall be informed thru telephone if there is a need for you to submit additional required documents.

Step3

  • On scheduled date, get loan proceeds:
    Present CAR to Counter 5 for the DV/Chk# issuance.

Step4

  • Place CAR with DV/Chk # at the cueing stick at counter 2.
  • Wait for your name to be called for releasing of the check.
  • Present 2 Valid ID’s (end of Transaction)

Note:

1. Transaction Time does not include waiting time.
2. Processing thru may take another three (3) to five (5) working days from approval until release at the branch. (Checks will be pouched from Cebu to Dumaguete).
