There is a new set of Travel Requirements to enter Negros Oriental starting November 4, 2021. Provincial Executive Order No. 43, Series of 2021. Under the order, requirements for both vaccinated and unvaccinated are enlisted. Read more below!

Travel Requirements to Enter Negros Oriental Starting November 4, 2021

Fully vaccinated travelers now don’t have to present any negative test results upon entry into the province, as ordered by Governor Roel Degamo in his latest executive order issued Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021.

This is part of the newly eased travel protocols to incentivize fully vaccinated individuals and to entice yet unvaccinated residents to under #COVID19 vaccination to enjoy more perks and freedoms.

Here are the new travel requirements for entry into Negros Oriental, effective Nov. 4, 2021:

FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Vaccination card
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A photocopy of both to be given to border control authorities upon arrival for contact tracing purposes.

FOR UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A NON-REACTIVE or NEGATIVE ANTIGEN test result valid for 48 hours after release of the result
✅ A photocopy of both, in one page, to give to border control authorities for contact tracing purposes.

Prior to their trip, travelers must first inform the local government unit (LGU) of their final destination of their arrival.
