UPDATE: Vaccine Certificate from Countries Accepted in the Philippines
The Department of Foreign Affairs posted on their Facebook page the official list of countries that can enter the Philippines with their vaccine certificates. As of February 07, 2022, the Philippines will accept the vaccine certificates of the following countries as proof of COVID-19 vaccination status:

- Czech Republic
- France
- Georgia
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- India
- Iraq
- Italy
- Japan
- Kazakhstan
- Kuwait
- Monaco
- New Zealand
- Oman
- Qatar
- Samoa
- Singapore
- Slovenia
- Sri Lanka
- Switzerland
- Thailand
- The Netherlands
- Tunisia
- Turkey
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom
- USA
- Vietnam
Vaccine certificates issued by the countries/ territories above are recognized and accepted by the Philippines when presented upon arrival, as well as for other arrival quarantine protocols, and for interzonal/ intrazonal movement as approved by the IATF.
