Leon Kilat 145th Birthday Celebration
The Leon Kilat Celebration 2018 is in honor his 145th Birthday this July 27,2018. Born as Pantaleón Villegas y Soldi by Don Policarpio Villegas and Doña Úrsula Soldi, Leon Kilat is recognized for his heroic deeds and leadership during the revolution against Spain. The municipality of Bacong, Negros Oriental will be celebrating the week-long event (July 23 to 27, 2018) in honor of Leon Kilat and his birth.
