Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan 2022 – Typhoon Odette Victims

Requirements & Procedures

Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan 2022 is now available for Typhoon Odette victims! President Duterte signed Proclamation No. 1267 last December 21, 2021 declaring 6 regions in the Visayas under a state of calamity. These six regions are MIMAROPA (Region 4-B), Western Visayas (Region 6), Central Visayas (Region 7), Eastern Visayas (Region 8), Northern Mindanao (Region 10), and Caraga (Region 13). This will be available in any region declared under a state of calamity for 90 days.

Who can apply for a Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan 2022?

  • Have at least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings (MS) and enough proof of income to qualify.
  • Must be a contributing member residing in an area declared by the Office of the President of the Local Sanggunian under a state of calamity.
  • If you have an existing Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan, MPL, and/or Calamity Loan, your payments must be updated for you to qualify.

Requirements:

  • Calamity Loan Application Form
  • Photocopy of 1 Valid ID
  • Proof of Income
  • Loyalty Card or or Landbank, UCPB, or DBP cash card

Valid IDs Accepted:

Passport, Driver’s License, PRC ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Barangay Certification or Barangay IDs or similar documents bearing picture of the member, GSIS e-Card, SSS Card, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, Overseas Filipino Worker ID, Seaman’s Book or Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Government Office and GOCC ID, e.g. AFD ID, Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card, Certification from the NCWDP, DSWD Certification, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, Company ID issued by Private Entities or Institution Registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.

Procedures:

Via Pag-IBIG office

Step 1: Submit your duly accomplished loan application form and requirements through your employer or personally, at the Pag-IBIG Fund branch nearest you.
Step 2: Get STL Acknowledgement Receipt.
Step 3: Go on scheduled date to get loan proceeds.

Via Online

Step 1: Uploading your duly accomplished loan application form and requirements (available to members with a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus or cashcards issued by any of Pag-IBIG Fund’s partner banks for such purpose.)
Step 2: Wait to get your loan proceeds.

or

Step 1: Complete the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan application online form (for members whose employers are enrolled under the Virtual Pag-IBIG for Employers)
Step 2: Wait to get your loan proceeds.
