In celebration of the Amlan Fiesta 2018, the search for the Miss Amlan 2018 is the most awaited event of all. This year’s theme for the Amlan Fiesta 2018 is “Tawag sa panaghiusa, gihangop sa matang usa” (Call of unity, called on one another). Eight ladies who grew up to be a proud Amlan woman fought with all their will to win the crown and title. Sweat, beam lights, glitters, and high heels…Miss Amlan 2018 Coronation Night!
Miss Amlan 2018 – Coronation Night
The Miss Amlan 2018 Coronation Night was held last November 27, 2018, at the Amlan Covered Gym. Hundreds of people, both locals, and guests, came to witness the selection night of Miss Amlan 2018. There were five different categories where the eight candidates were judged. These parts were the production number, festival attire (LGU Initiatives), swimsuit round, evening gown and finally the question and answer.
Production Number
The candidates first came to the stage with the lively production number in a green sparkly dress.
Festival Attire
The festival attire of the candidates was officially called the LGU Initiatives. Each of the candidates were asked to showcase the initiatives of the Local Government Unit or LGU.
Swimsuit Round
The bikini or swimsuit round of the competition showcased the fitness level each candidate kept to maintain their gorgeous bodies. With the correct swimsuit, the candidates were able to show their curves.
Evening Gown
Aside from the sexy curves and skin, the candidates have to also show how elegant and graceful the candidates can be. One thing good about the gowns was that they were more or less the same gown, Just differently designed and accessorized.
