The season of the biggest festivity of Negros Oriental is fast approaching. The celebration of Buglasan Festival, annually celebrated on the month of October, will mark another year of merry making and memories for the people here in Negros Oriental. This Buglasan Festival 2017 will be held on October 13 to 22, 2017.
Highlight Events of Buglasan Festival 2017
Up to now, there are no final schedules of the activities for the Buglasan Festival 2017. However, we are roughly expecting the Miss Negros Oriental to be celebrated on the first weekend of the celebration, as one of the opening events of Buglasan Festival. The Festival of Festivals Competition, on the other hand, will be expected to be the ultimate highlight of the whole celebration and will be held on the last Friday of the celebration, October 20, 2017.
All of these events are still being finalized by the provincial tourism of Negros Oriental. Events such as Rondalla, Balitaw, Balak competitions, modern Hip Hop and minus one singing competitions, and Live band competitions will be held on the big stage at the Freedom Park. Other events will be held daily on these 10 days of festivity.
We will be giving (the readers) updates as soon as we get the full information and schedule from the Negros Oriental Tourism, who is in charge of the organization of the Buglasan Festival 2017 celebration. Even with the festival fast approaching, Buglasan Festival could also be the perfect little holiday one can have before the actual event.
Where and What
