The celebration of the Buglasan Festival 2019 does not focus only on the actual festival, but with other events as well such as the Marching Band Competition. The competition for the Elementary Marching Band & the High School Marching Band was held on October 15-16, 2019. Watch the video below!
Elementary Marching Band Competition
The Elementary Marching Band Competition was held on October 15, 2019. The event was supposed to start at 8:00 am and all the participating groups were already at the Perdices Colosseum, however, the rain was pouring. The event got a little delayed. By past 9:00 am the rain stopped and the show started right away. The different Elementary Schools from all over Negros Oriental smiled and gave their best performance.
High School Marching Band Competition
The High School Marching Band Competition followed the next day; October 16, 2019. Unlike the elementary, the high school competition was bright and sunny! However, just like the elementary, it got a little delayed. There were two categories for the High School Competition. Category A was for brass instruments and Category B was for only percussions.
