Amlan Adventure Park Soft Opening
Since a few years the wild and exotic animals of the small Zoo in the municipality of Amlan are some of the main attractions at the Buglasan Festival at the Freedom Park in Dumaguete. Long lines were building up in front of the booth to see wild and exotic animals like tiger and camel.
Last week all these wonderful animals were moved to their new location, the new Amlan Nature and Adventure Park. Saturday saw the soft opening of the Park. Even the mayor of Dumaguete City dropped by to congratulate Amlan’s mayor Bentham Dela Cruz and all the busy hands for their achievement.
Amlan Nature and Adventure Park
The DreAmland Nature and Adventure Park has three different areas. Number one is of course the zoo where all exotic animals find a spacious home. Trained staff makes sure that the areas stay clean and the animals healthy. The second part is the adventure park with different thrilling activities like Zip/line and Hanging Bridges. Last but not least the Eco-park where all is about the stunning nature of Negros Oriental
To get to the Amlan Nature and Adventure Park from Dumaguete one can just use a Ceres Bus. After about 40 minutes the bus will drop you off in Amlan where a tricycle is at present the best option to reach the park. The direction for the driver is the new Amlan Zoo.
Until there is still some construction going on the entrance for the Nature and Adventure Park is reduced.
While there is still a lot of work in progress and more animals and exciting adventures to come the soft opening showed already what big potential the new Amlan Nature and Adventure Park has, when it finally will be finished …one day maybe next week, Sir…
