Miss Bais 2022

Coronation Night

Miss Bais 2022 was participated by ten lovely candidates from the different barangays of the city. The coronation night was held last September 08, 2022, at the Bais City Gymnasium. After two long years, the fiesta celebration is back with their Hudyaka sa Bais Tapasayaw Festival 2022 and the search for a new queen. During the beauty and brain pageant, the candidates competed in different segments. The production number, steaming swimsuit competition, evening gown, and of course the question and answer.

Production Number

The DC-Team arrived in Bais City two hours before the show. Just in time to set up and meet the candidates backstage. The ladies were busy getting ready with their hair, make-up, and outfits. About half hour past eight o’clock the program started with a prayer and the signing of the national anthem. Then the candidates graced the stage with their lively dance production number. They danced to the song September by Earth, Wind & Fire in their pink and pale orange outfit.

Swimsuit Competition

After the production number, the candidates made a quick outfit change for the swimsuit competition. The ladies came out in hot pink one piece with white mesh sleeves. They paraded with their best cat walks and turns as they steamed up the program. The preliminary Q&A was done in this segment.

A few intermission numbers were done in between the program. This includes dancing and singing from the proud Bais local artists and performers. Despite the intermission numbers, the program still went on smooth and quick flow.

Evening Gown

During the next segment of the competition, the candidates came out in their yellow evening gowns. A bold choice of color from the organizers. Nevertheless, the candidates gave their best as they walked the stage in grace, elegance, and poise. The top 5 were announced and he final Q&A was asked. Not long, a new queen was crowned.
