Buglasan Festival 2018 is now OPEN!

The days went so fast for it feels just like yesterday that the people of Negros Oriental celebrated their nights away with Buglasan Festival. Believe it or not, it has already been a year since Buglasan 2017. Yesterday afternoon, October 13, 2018, the grand parade and opening salvo of the Buglasan Festival 2018 was celebrated. Another week-long festivity with gleeful laughter and colorful nights.
Buglasan Grand Parade 2018
It is just fitting that the father of the province would lead the grand parade of the Buglasan Festival 2018 here in Negros Oriental. Governor Roel Degamo walked along the streets of Dumaguete to proudly present his pride and his fellow Negrense people. Different marching band groups from different cities, municipalities and school marched with confident and joy.
Buglasan Festival 2018 – Opening Salvo
After the grand parade, the opening salvo and program was held on stage in front of the Capitol Building. A bright performance was made by the Kahayag Dance Company (one of the prides of Negros Oriental). Buglasan Festival 2018 is now open!!!
