Miss Basay 2019 was nothing else but a huge success! Thanks to the different organizers, the program of the pageant went smoothly. Ten lovely candidates from the different barangays of Basay battled for the crown and title of this prestigious event. There are four major parts of the competition, the Kapaw Festival 2019 production, bikini round, evening gown and question and answer.
