    Greetings!
I applied online renewal of my license and done payment as well and I chose PRC Dumaguete since I have my cousin to pick it up for me to save me from travel and quarantine. I mailed my authorization letter and a photocopy of my old PRC ID and my UMID card. I was given a scheduled date and time which is Jan 14 2021 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. My cousin went to your good office and told that my card is not ready yet. My question is what was the schedule given to me for? My transaction reference # is 6593308. Hope to hear from soon. Stay safe and God bless.

    Hi, Sir/Ma’am:
I have already paid and scheduled for my renewal this May. Is it true that PRC Dumaguete requires an RT-PCR negative result before we can enter the premise?
I hope to receive your reply. Thank you.

Hi I’m from Dipolog, I’m schedule to renew my license for Mechanical Engineer this coming Dec. 10. in PRC Dumaguete. May I know the updated requirements? do I still need to comply with the number of CPD units required? or I should file another undertaking again?
How long normally the ID be released?

    Thank you

Hi, I have completed the PRC renewal form and paid online. I am based overseas. I will have my sister in law who is PRC licensed get my renewed PRC ID on my behalf. Do you accept a scanned form with picture, the receipt and letter of authorization? Thank you and I look forward for your reply.

      Good day!
We do not accept, since we are not the PRC Office. However, you can have an authorized representative renew your PRC ID. Provided that the applicant secures and issues a special power of attorney appointing a representative to file the application and submit the documentary requirements. You may contact your PRC Office for further assistance.

      Regards,
      Daisy

        Hi,

On the renewal form of PRC it only says there that I need to submit Authorization letter and photocopy PRC ID of the Representative and expired pic of the Professional OR SPA and photocopy PRC ID of the Representative and expired pic of the Professional. So that means, I don’t need to issue an SPA. Letter of Authorization is enough. Can you please clarify this as this is PRC’s requirements and I believe it should be followed to all Satellite offices. Also, if you already have my payment, form online with picture, I don’t understand why My representative can’t bring my scanned completed form when it has been completed online and she will only need to pick up my renewed ID. I need this to be clarified because it will be tasking for us here in abroad to complete those you have mentioned above when the PRC only requires Authorization letter and photocopies of ID. Thank you and I look forward for your reply.

Regarding the requirements, an applicant may send an authorized representative to claim his/her documents provided that the following are submitted:
          – An authorization letter or Special Power of Attorney from the applicant; and
          – A photocopy of the ID of both the applicant and the representative bearing their signatures.
