La Libertad – Negros Oriental
The Pandanyag Festival 2017 of La Libertad, Negros Oriental will start on April 23 until April 28, 2017. Festivals all over the Philippines, whether in big cities, municipalities or even small barangays, will not be completed with out the weeklong celebrations where events for each and everyone, no matter if young or old, man or woman will take place.
