Civic Parade – Buglasan Festival 2016

After it was raining basically the whole day, the weather gods had a second thought and closed the rain gates for the Civic Parade of Buglasan 2016. More or less important people from all over Negros Oriental came to Dumaguete to take part in this event. However, most people along the streets of Dumaguete were waiting for the marching bands from many elementary and High Schools. This is also where we had our focus on, as the VIPs get enough media time anyway and lets be honest the sweet smiles of majorettes are more interesting anyway.
