The celebration of Buglasan Festival 2017 is packed with different events that will again bring the different cities, towns, and municipalities of Negros Oriental to the City of Gentle People. For years, the festivity of Buglasan has drawn the attention of many. Visitors from all over the Visayas, Philippines and the world will flood the streets just to join the week-long celebration of the said Festival of Festivals in Dumaguete City.
