Bacong Fiesta 2019 - Schedule of Activities - 146th Birth Anniversary of Leon Kilat

From July 23 – 27, 2019, Bacong will celebrate the birth of their hero and the Bacong Fiesta 2019. The municipality of Bacong is located about 7 kilometers south of Dumaguete City, the capital of Negros Oriental. They will be celebrating their 146th Birth Anniversary of General Pantaleon “Leon Kilat” Solde Villegas. Leon Kilat is known as one of the revolutionary heroes during the Spanish colonization. He was born in Bacong but died in Carcar, Cebu.
