The Festival of Festivals in Negros Oriental
Buglasan 2016 will bring the City of Gentle People almost to a standstill as everybody is taking part to celebrate the Festival of Festivals.. The 2-week long celebration is stuffed with great events, exhibitions and contests. Guests from all over the Visayas, the Philippines and from around the Globe are flocking to Dumaguete to enjoy this unique Festival.
