Buglasan Festival 2009 Street dancing was again big successful event. Guest and dumagueteños was exited and ready to witness the joyful dancing, colorful costume and of course to see the Queen of each different Cities and Municipalities from Negros Oriental.

The Festival of Dumaguete City the Sandurot festival, Pakol Festival of Santa Catalina, Bud Bug sa Tanjay of Tanjay, Tawo tawo Festival of Bayawan City and more..
