The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizen Services (ACS) unit will visit the city of Dumaguete on August 7, 2026, to provide services to U.S. citizens.
Please see below for details on services to be offered. Details on venue and hours will be shared closer to the event date. Applicants must review all information on the U.S. Embassy website and come prepared to help ensure applications are processed quickly. Services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA):
- Review eligibility requirements and application instructions on our Citizenship services page.
- IMPORTANT NOTE:All CRBA applicants MUST register through the eCRBA system and carefully follow the instructions for uploading required documents and paying the fee online. On completion of the eCRBA application, a summary report will be emailed to you. You MUST PRINT AND BRING this document in order to be accommodated at the remote services event.
Passports:

- IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are over 18 and applying for S. citizenship, you will need to personally appear at the embassy to submit an application. Please review the instructions on our website to make an appointment.
Notarial:
- Review application instructions on our Notarial services page.
What to Bring:
- Original documents and photocopies required for your specific service. We cannot provide printing, copying, or photography services on-site during the event.
- Passport photograph meeting these requirements (for passport applicants).
- Exact change in pesos for service fees (see chart below).

Fees must be paid in exact change (Philippine pesos ONLY).
