Last night’s Buglasan 2014 event in front of the capitol building at Freedom Park was a great success. Local VIPs and VUPs put on their best dress and make-up for a chance to get a second or two on TV during the GMA – Bet ng Bayan – Regional Finals. Following some pictures of the event in loose order.

The TV station brought in a big stage to cater all needs of this event and hosted a great show under the watchful eyes of Negros Oriental’s Governor Roel Degamo and the local somehow always present TV-icon Maria Cecilia Genove.

The GMA “Bet ng Bayan” Regional Finals were hosted by Alden Richards with the support of Regine Velasquez who both did a good job. All performers were great prepared and deserved their spot on the stage. Their numbers were impressive, as were the intermissions.

If there would be any critics about the GMA “Bet ng Bayan” Regional Finals, it would not be addressed to the performance of the stage, but to the audience in front of it. The great effort and professional performance of all involved certainly deserved a better feedback, more applause and higher appreciation by the thousands of spectators.
