Philippine Holidays 2017
While the Philippine Holidays 2017 were already announced in August, many did not take note of them. Therefore, we want to give you once more a list with the regular Philippine Holidays 2017 as well as the special non-working days for the year.
Regular Holidays 2017

- Sunday April 9, 2017 – Araw ng Kagitingan
- Thursday, April 13, 2017 – Maundy Thursday
- Friday, April 14, 2017 – Good Friday
- Monday, May 1, 2017 – Labor Day
- Monday, June 12, 2017– Independence Day
- Monday, August 28, 2017 – National Heroes’ Day
- Thursday, November 30, 2017 – Bonifacio Day
- Monday, December 25, 2017 – Christmas Day
- Saturday, December 30, 2017 – Rizal Day
Special non-working holidays
- Monday, January 2, 2017 – special non-working holiday
- Saturday, January 28, 2017 – Chinese New Year
- Saturday, February 25, 2017 – EDSA Revolution Anniversary
- Saturday, April 15, 2017 – Black Saturday
- Monday, August 21, 2017 – Ninoy Aquino Day
- Tuesday, October 31, 2017 – additional special (non-working) day
- Wednesday, November 1, 2017 – All Saints’ Day
- Sunday, December 31, 2017 – last day of the year
There will be also special holidays for the observance of Eid’l Fitr and Eid’l Adha, which will be announced early this year. Furthermore, cities and municipalities will have additional holidays like the charter day and or the fiesta. So now it is time to plan the vacation and trips.
