The Miss Canlaon 2024 Coronation Night was held last March 18, 2024, at the city gymnasium. Twelve lovely ladies participated in this year’s search for a new queen. The Miss Canlaon winner will also be given the title as Pasayaw Festival Queen 2024.

Thanks to the organizers, the whole show was spectacular! Despite having a few intermission numbers, they managed to keep the audience entertained and the night alive. Starting with the introduction number, the ladies danced their way to the stage wearing their festival costumes. Blue was the color of the night, and it was clear from the first minute on, that the judges will have a hard time to determine the new Miss Canlaon and Pasayaw Festival Queen 2024.
After the spectacularopening number, the ladies quickly went backstage to slip into their swim wear attire. … and OMG…. It might be the good air at the altitude of Canlaon City or the healthy fresh vegetables in this area, but was the “hottest” portion of the night, and the candidates gave their best walks and fierce faces. We saw some ladies in the audience elbowing their husbands in the ribs, so they don´t get too excited.
For the most elegant portion of the evening, the candidates walked on stage with their stunning evening gowns. They gracefully paraded in their modern gowns. Not long after, the first few sets of minor awards were given. The top three were picked, and the final Question and Answer portion followed. and a new queen was crowned.
