DFA Online Appointment for Apostille can now be done in about 6 minutes. On May 9, 2019, Red Ribbon was replaced by Apostille. However, many people still refer to the document authentication as Red Ribbon instead of Apostille. On March 9, 2021, the online Apostille Appointment and Verification System was launched. Through this, people can make an online appointment to authenticate their documents in selected Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Offices. Please take note that as of publishing date, the DFA Office are only offering the online appointment for document authentication to selected branches. You may see list of offices below the video.

Yes, you can make it at the DFA Cebu City. Follow the steps in the Appointment tutorial, to secure your slot. You may need to try more often, as the open slots filling up very fast.
Can I go for walk-in in DFA-Cebu?

hello poh ask kolang san makikita sa red rebon ang expired date pero naka lagay ay 5 years validity pero wlang months gusto ko sana next year nah mgpa apostille
