Casa Rosario Pension House

Casa Rosario Pension House is just around the corner of the Ceres Bus Terminal at C.M Recto Street. It can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes from there. The small entrance hallway looks a bit unpleasant without much light. However, the welcoming smile at the small wooden front-desk makes up for everything. The rooms look somehow like a relict from the 60s and may have seen better days, however, they also come with the playful charm of that time. Air-conditioned and non-aircon rooms are available in different categories. The rate or the non-aircon room starts from 500 Php.

Free WiFi is also available, but the signal strength varies depending upon your room at Casa Rosario Pension House. The rooms with balcony are facing a busy main street, but the noise level in this room is surprisingly low. Well, Bayavan is more quiet than Dumaguete or Cebu City. It is actually quite interesting to sit at the balcony, having a drink and watching the world passing by.
