Dive Sites in Siaton – Negros Oriental
Scuba Diving in Siaton is not as popular as Diving in Dauin or Diving in Apo Island. However, it is still worth experiencing and exploring. Dive sites in Siaton are located about 25 km from most Dive and Beach Resorts in Dauin. Although there are only seven dive sites that are commonly known, these sites have a lot to offer when it comes to marine life and sea critters. One can spot a variety of nudibranchs, sea turtles, groupers, squid, octopus, frogfish, and so much more!
Siaton is a municipality located about 50 km south of Dumaguete City (capital of Negros Oriental province). It is known to be a beautiful rural municipality that covers an area of about 336 sq Km, making it the only municipality spanning the entire southern tip of Negros Island. It comes to no surprise that Siaton is blessed with a beautiful long coastal area with several coral reefs to explore. Most sites offer macro and muck diving.

Scuba Diving in Negros Oriental and in Siaton is one of the great adventures you can do while visiting the province. The municipality of Siaton also offers snorkeling along their beautiful coast.
