Negros Oriental Governor Guido Reyes passed away
The people of Negros Oriental are mourning the loss of Governor Carlo Jorge Joan “Guido” Reyes, who passed away today on May 31 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Manila. Reyes had been receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness at the time of his passing and was surrounded by his family.
