Barangay Poblacion 8 – Cervantes Street

Poblacion 8 is the last (but not least) Barangay in Dumaguete which makes out the city center of Dumaguete. The barangay has over 2500 residents, which makes it to the biggest barrio downtown Dumaguete in terms of population. The Barrio is bounded to the east by barangay 2 and 3, to the west is Barangay Taclobo, on the northern portion is Poblacion 7 and south the Banica River, which separates Poblacion 8 from Tabuctubig.
