Barangay Poblacion 3, also known as Colon Extension is the center of Dumaguete City. Quezon Park, Cathedral and Holy Child Hospital is located in Poblacion 3. Ten thousands of Dumagueteños are roaming daily through this Barangay. Its population is with barely 150 one of the smallest of all barrios in the city.
