How long does it take to receive a PSA Birth Certificate?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders in Metro Manila are usually delivered the next working day after release by the PSA, while provincial deliveries typically take 3 to 8 working days.

What information do I need to apply for a PSA Birth Certificate?

You will need your complete name, date and place of birth, parents’ names, a valid government-issued ID, a valid email address, and a delivery address where you can personally receive the document.

Can minors apply for a PSA Birth Certificate online?

No. Individuals below 18 years old cannot request their own PSA Birth Certificate online. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative must submit the application on their behalf.
