Santa Catalina has located about 93 kilometers from the Capital of Negros Oriental; Dumaguete City. It is known all over the province for its pakol bananas. A variety of banana that is seedy but super sweet. In fact, sweet enough to attract wild monkey from the mountainous areas of Santa Catalina.
