Thank you for your patience. Fully vaccinated means 1st & 2nd dose (booster not required). However, we are not the City Government. Please get in touch with them for further assistance.

Hi,

I still dont have the booster. I will travel from Cebu to Dumaguete. Please clarify if FULLY VACCINATED means including BOOSTER or it is 1st and 2nd of vaccine only.

If it means including booster, I need to take the antigen 48hrs valid before arrival, right?

In reply to Isiah. No, it is not valid. Again...unvaccinated travelers will need to present negative antigen test results VALID WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RELEASE of the result. If you are traveling on the 6th, make sure your result is not more than 48 hours after release. Unvaccinated travelers will need to present NON-REACTIVE or NEGATIVE ANTIGEN test results valid within 48 hours after the release of the result. If you are traveling on the 6th, make sure your result is not more than 48 hours after release.
