You may tell your employer to follow up with your SBWS. Before you do, make sure that you don’t have any pending or not updated items on your account. Make sure to have all your account information up to date. We hope this helps.

We are NOT the SSS Office. Please make sure that all your information in the SSS System are up to date to qualify. Or contact your respective SSS Office directly for complains, inquiries and others.

Only your employer should be able apply you for the subsidy. Please get in touch with your superior for qualification. If you have wrong information in your SSS account or an inundated information, you will not be qualified.
