Please contact your LGU of destination if they accept vaccination card only. During our recent travel, we were allowed to enter Sibulan Sea Port (from Liloan Port) with just a vaccination card.

Children below 11 years old will only need to present their birth certificates. Children 11 years old and above will need a negative antigen test.
