Licensure Examination
There are different List of Requirements for PRC Licensure Examination depending on your choice of profession. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is in charge of regulating and supervising the practice of the professionals who constitute the highly skilled manpower of the Philippines.

Chemical Technician
QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICANTS FOR CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN:
- A Citizen of the Philippines or a citizen of a foreign country which grants the corresponding privilege to Filipinos
- Of good moral character and of sound mind
- Has successfully completed at least thirty (30) units of undergraduate Chemistry courses from an institution duly recognized by CHED or the TESDA. The courses should include both lecture and laboratory courses in the following subjects: General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. A certified true copy of the applicant’s transcript must accompany the application.
- Has not been convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude by a court of competent jurisdiction

- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, City Planning, Town and Country Planning, and/or Human Settlements Planning, or its equivalent, and with two (2) year on-the-job training, as required under R.A. No. 10587.
*Foreign citizens applying for the licensure examination shall submit the following documents:
- Copy of the pertinent provision/s of the foreign law or international agreement on reciprocity for the practice of environmental planning;
- Certificate of Live Birth, Marriage Contract for married female applicants; College Diploma and TOR, and Certificate of equivalency issued by the CHED, in case the degree is obtained abroad; and
- Certificate of Good Moral from any of the following: Barangay, Church, School or Employer.
All documents issued/executed abroad shall be duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate stationed in such foreign country, accompanied with the official English Translation thereof, whenever applicable.

An examinee who fails for the third (3rd) time shall be required to submit Certificate of Completion of a refresher course in a recognized medical school or college and current two (2) certificates of Good Moral Character from the Medical School where he/she graduated from and Hospital/Institution where he/she completed his/her internship before he/she shall be allowed to take the examinations.
Metallurgical Engineering

- Proof of reciprocity which clearly expresses the provision of the law of his country/state or international treaty, agreement and/or covenant to which his/her country or state is a signatory, that allows Filipino citizens to take licensure examinations, if any, and to register as Metallurgical Engineers in his/her country or state on terms of strict and absolute equality with the citizens, subjects or nationals of said country or state including the unconditional recognition of prerequisite degrees issued by institutions of higher learning duly recognized or established by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, attaching/appending thereto an authentic or authenticated office copy of said law or treaty, agreement or covenant officially translated in the English language.
b. The original or certified copy of any official document issued by the Bureau of Immigration allowing the applicant to enter and reside in the Philippines;
c. Photocopy of passport; and
d. Original or authenticated copy of transcript of records or equivalent document of the course for licensure examination issued by the institution of higher learning where he studied, duly authorized or accredited by his country or state;
*Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering, Metallurgy or related engineering degree majoring in Metallurgical Engineering or Metallurgy from a university, school, college, academy or institute duly constituted and recognized as such by the government.
Conditioned/Removal Examination:
