THEY ARE SWIMMING AND HAVING PARTIES IN THE EMPTY LOT NEXT TO MY HOUSE. AT LOW TIDE THERE ARE AS MANY AS 100 PEOPLE LOOKING FOR CLAMS. I live at martensan beach road in banilad bacong. MAYBE THE POLICE CAN DRIVE BY ONCE IN A WHILE AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. IF EVERYONE DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE GOVERMENT AND STAY HOME, THIS VIRUS WILL NOT GO AWAY.
HELP ME.

I would like to request for assistance. My girlfriend Ruthchel Saren which was a resident of Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte together with her colleague has been stranded at CARD staff house at Rizal St. North Poblacion, Valencia, Negros Oriental since the start of the quarantine. It came to my attention that they were not yet visited by the LGU nor the DSWD for the Social Amelioration Program and relief packs. As to what I knew, they belong to the below minimum wage earners. So I ask you to please send some help to cater their needs. Thank you and God bless.
