I would like to know what the current Covid19 situation is in Dumarguete mainly but Negros Oriental overall. I have relatives in Lumbangan plus my fiance and myself would like to come to Dumarguete. Also can you tell me if the Negros borders are still closed and if so is there any indication of when they may perhaps reopen.
