NO QUARANTINE upon arrival including OFWs and ROFs just follow the NEW protocols, to wit:
STEPS TO ENTER DUMAGUETE CITY
1. Register and submit requirements via the website http://www.registerdumaguete.com
2. All travelers submit clear copy of RT-PCR swab test negative result
– must be from DOH-accredited test center
– must travel within 72 hours from result release date
3. Receive your Acceptance Certificate via email within 24 hours from submission of RT-PCR test negative result
4. Travel to Dumaguete City via land, air or sea
5. Clinical and Exposure Assessment
At port/terminal of entry
ASYMPTOMATIC: Enter Dumaguete (No quarantine)
SYMPTOMATIC: Transfer to Isolation facility
6. Observe Minimum Public Health Standards
– Wear face masks and face shields
– Physical distancing
– Hand hygiene
