In reply to <a href="https://dumaguete.com/buglasan-2014-calendar-events/#comment-60">Adones Zafra</a>.

Good day Mr Zafra
and thank you for your comment. We are an independent website and just publish the schedule of events. We have no further connection to the government of Negros Oriental and its organizers of Buglasan 2014.

The organizer is (to our best knowledge) the Negros Tourism Office located at Sidlakan Negros Village in E. J. Blanco Drive, Dumaguete City. They would be the office to request a copy of the criteria.

Good day!

We the organizers would be so kind enough to send us a copy of the criteria of the Cleanest and Greenest School award to this email address aengelgard@gmail.com. Our school got 3rd Place last year and we are looking forward to improve our ranking through earlier preparation.

Thank you!

Good day Mr Lim
and thank you for your comment. Like the saying goes: "Don't kill the messenger". We just publish the schedule of events and have no further connection to the government of Negros Oriental and its organizers of Buglasan 2014.

The organizer is (to our best knowledge) the Negros Tourism Office located at Sidlakan Negros Village in E. J. Blanco Drive, Dumaguete City. They would be the office to address your concerns.

We are convinced, they appreciate constructive criticism and suggestions how to improve the event.

It seems that their is no originality in your mardi gras. It does not depict the real cultural heritage of Negros Oriental. I don't see natives from Canlaon, or Guihulngan, or ayungon took the streets and dance colorfully once upon a time, or neither it portrays any cultural events. It is just a copycat from sinulog, brazil carnival etc...
